Information about website access and service enquiries.
1. Controller and contact
Ives M VisagieAm Sonnenbrühl 12

Germany
For questions about personal data, contact info@itprojectservices.com.
2. Website access and hosting
The public website uses Namecheap shared hosting. Connections involve technical data, including your IP address, the requested resource and information supplied by your browser. Hosting access and security logs may record these details to deliver the website, resolve faults and protect it from misuse.
Namecheap, Inc. provides hosting as a processor. Its Data Processing Addendum describes processing and international-transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Processing may involve the United States.
3. Service enquiries
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Entering information in the form does not transmit it to our website server or create a booking. If you send the email, we process your name, email address, organisation and message to understand and respond to your request.
The business mailbox uses Google mail infrastructure. Email service providers process messages for delivery and storage; see Google’s data-processing terms for its processing and transfer arrangements. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid sensitive project documents or access credentials.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Secure website delivery and business correspondence are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Requests made by a prospective contracting party and subsequent engagements are processed under Article 6(1)(b). Required recordkeeping is based on Article 6(1)(c).
5. Retention
Technical records are needed only while they serve website operation, fault investigation or security incident handling. Enquiry information is retained while the request and any resulting engagement are being handled. Longer retention applies where required for statutory recordkeeping or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Data no longer needed for these purposes is deleted.
6. Cookies, content and automated decisions
The website code sets no advertising or tracking cookies and includes no visitor-tracking scripts. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. It has no embedded social feeds, newsletter registration or website-side enquiry database. Hosting infrastructure may process connection data for security. We do not make decisions about your enquiry solely by automated processing or profiling.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation, and to direct marketing at any time. Any consent given may be withdrawn for future processing. Contact us using the details above.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the LfDI Baden-Württemberg.
8. Providing information and external links
Sending an enquiry is voluntary. Without contact details and sufficient context we may be unable to respond or prepare an offer. External websites are accessed only when you follow a link; their own privacy information applies.
