Where should we start?

What does the 10-day sprint mean?
It is a focused engagement delivered over an agreed ten working-day schedule. Access to stakeholders, project evidence and decision-makers is agreed before kickoff. Outputs depend on the confirmed scope; full recovery may require follow-on work.
Are the prices fixed?
The published amounts are starting prices. Complexity, portfolio size, access requirements and implementation scope affect the final proposal. Fees, taxes and any expenses are confirmed before work begins.
Will you work with our existing team?
Yes. The approach is designed to clarify responsibilities and support your internal leaders, delivery teams and suppliers.
Can AI replace project governance?
AI can support reporting, analysis and administrative workflows. Accountable leaders retain approval of decisions, outputs and escalations.
How is confidential information handled?
Confidentiality, access and permitted data use are agreed before an engagement. Avoid sending sensitive project documents in an initial email.
